As part of our commitment to ensuring the well-being of our students, we are currently seeking dedicated and vigilant female Security Guards to join our team. Position Overview:
We are looking for responsible and observant Security Guards to monitor and safeguard the premises of our women\'s hostel or college. The ideal candidates will be proactive in identifying and addressing security concerns, ensuring the safety of our students, staff, and property. Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol the premises regularly to maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
- Control access to the hostel or college premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Conduct security checks of visitors, students, and their belongings as necessary.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, such as disturbances or medical emergencies.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or policy violations to appropriate authorities.
- Provide assistance and guidance to students and staff regarding security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with campus or hostel administration and local law enforcement as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role, preferably in a college or hostel environment.
- Female candidates preferred to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for female students.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical fitness and agility to perform security patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Familiarity with security equipment such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
