Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and premises. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting
• Excellent knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Ability to operate security equipment and systems such as CCTV cameras, access control panels, and alarms
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals
• Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or any form of security breaches
• Provide high visibility security presence to deter illegal activities and ensure a safe environment
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Maintain a detailed incident log and prepare reports on any suspicious activities or incidents
• Escort individuals as required and enforce access control and visitor management policies
• Monitor and control access points, CCTV cameras, and other security systems
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid or CPR if necessary
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as required
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment

Hours of Working- 12 Hrs

Woff- 1Weekly off, 6 days working

Leaves- 12 CL/Year- No Public Holidays

Salary- Fixed salary with monthly performance based Incentives.
