As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the assigned areas, checking for any suspicious activity, and taking appropriate action to maintain a secure environment. This is a Mid-Level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Gudur, Andhra Pradesh, India, and the employment type is full-time. Qualifications And Skills Proven work experience as a Security Guard, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures Excellent observation and problem-solving skills Physical stamina and the ability to withstand long periods of standing and walking Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Basic computer skills for monitoring and reporting purposes High school diploma or equivalent Valid security license/certification Roles And Responsibilities Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities Enforce company security policies and procedures Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances Maintain a visible presence to deter wrongdoing and provide a sense of security Perform regular inspections of security equipment and report any issues Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors Monitor surveillance cameras and report any security breaches Handle emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary Document incidents and write detailed reports Conduct safety drills and train employees on security protocols
