Responsible for physical security operations for client sites
Sourcing of man power at optimal rates .
Regular training and discipline of guards
Handling the disputes and grievances of the guards and clients.
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
Conduct regular site visits.
Must have bike and valid driving license
Works effectively with all clients and maintains effective relationships with all clients.
Managing manpower requirements. Ensuring 100% Attendance at the project sites.
Maintain all necessary documentation like Attendance, Incidence reports.
