Become an Associate Security Analyst for Bloomreach! Be a part of our GIST (Global
Information Security & Technology) group to safeguard the environment from
threats, vulnerabilities & imposters. The work you do will impact many customers in
dozens of different verticals in the e-commerce space. Your work will impact
hundreds of millions of customers in the online space. Working in one of our India
offices or from home on a full-time basis, you\'ll become a core part of the Security
Operations Team

Your job will be (but not limited to)

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor, analyze, and interpret security/system/application logs for events,
operational irregularities and potential incidents
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage, coordinate and escalate issues as appropriate
\xe2\x97\x8f Use security dashboards and/or proactive identification approaches to detect
anomalous activities
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring Cloud infrastructure for security-related events
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring threat/vulnerability landscape and security advisories, coordinate
and escalate as appropriate
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with application security teams, product specialists, GRC, legal teams on
active incidents and/or investigations
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in a major incident call, document incident report summaries
\xe2\x97\x8f Document, follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures
\xe2\x97\x8f Understand use cases, playbooks, contribute to knowledge base articles
\xe2\x97\x8f Work on incidents, service requests as per ITIL standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Own responsibilities within a shift with a growth, upskilling & positive mindset
\xe2\x97\x8f You are eager to learn, experience & contribute to areas like threat
intel/hunting, vulnerability management, incident response and detection

Professional experience

\xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years of proven hands on experience as part of a 24*7 Security Operations
team OR a starter with equivalent degree/specialization in the area of Cyber
Security with a proven project dealing in the new age landscape ( Cloud
Security, DevSecOps, API/Container Security, Threat Intel/Hunting, Vulnerability Management). Candidate should be self motivated &
independent to learn & acquire new skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Should possess good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to apply & provide logical reasoning
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of NIST framework,OSINT standards, MITRE ATT&CK framework &
cybersecurity incident lifecycle is an advantage. Beginner level of
understanding is mandatory
\xe2\x97\x8f Functional understanding of IT infrastructure, application security,
information security, and compliance controls
\xe2\x97\x8f Practical understanding of infrastructure & networks components like
Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SIEMs, EDRs, Proxies, clusters etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Basic understanding & working principles of Cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
is a must
\xe2\x97\x8f Willing to work in a rotation shift & weekends
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to participate in POC for new tools, process enhancements
