Role and Responsibilities
The L2 Network Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 24x7 support to our clients in maintaining their network infrastructure.
Daily tasks will include sending reports against virus, log monitoring system and report generation, managing active directory, OS Installation Software Installation, MS Outlook Configuration & Troubleshooting, Printer Configuration & Troubleshooting, Network Troubleshooting, Desktop Troubleshooting, Remote Support Basic knowledge in ITIL Basics and Ticketing Tools
Understand cabling (data and power), inventory control, and preventive maintenance Provide remote connection using remote tools or other remote monitoring tools Perform data backup.
.Troubleshooting of All Users Desktop, Laptop, Mail related and Printers . Hardware & Networking Switches & windows server.
.Knowledge in security products.
.Should have participated in Internal audit.
Candidate Qualifications
Three years of experience in network support IT-Network Technician or Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics and Communications.
