Job Role: Security Administrator Key Skills/Knowledge: Complete knowledge of full play of security components including Firewall,IPS, proxy, reverse proxy,GLB etc. Concepts and working of each of these components. Ap Application and network load balancer.VPN architectures. Identity access management and single sign on functionalities Hardening of servers, compute , storage and network elements Vulnerability assessment and Penetration testing techniques Security policy definition and detailing Knowledge of all CISSP domains Knowledge of native cloud security tools like guard duty, WAF and cloud watch Knowledge of CSA and NIST security posture definition Awareness of SOC1, SOC2 , FFIEC , GDPR and other key security regulatory standards from security point of view Execute security architectures for cloud cloud/hybrid systems Employ cloud-based APIs write network/system level tools for safeguarding cloud environments Experience required: Strong familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and cloud provider ecosystems like Amazon AWS Practical knowledge of AWS foundation services Responsible for input and feedback on security architectures Direct and influence multi-disciplinary teams in implementing and operating Cyber Security controls Interpret security and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate security risks to relevant stakeholders Responsible for automating security controls, data and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support
