Performs security risk assessments based on vulnerability criteria to determine appropriate levels of protection and security necessary for sites / location /events.3. Ensure security alerts are understood by the organizational units / leadership and provide guidance in developing a response / mitigation plan.4. Establish liaison and contact with external authorities like emergency services and law enforcement agencies on the local level.5. Analyze and validate the physical security personnel deployment proposed by business leads.6. Assist in identifying and assessing in risks and develop plans to mitigate key exposures to people, operations, assets, information, intellectual property, and reputation.7. Conduct Gap Analysis - Fire \xe2\x88\xa7 Safety8. Coordinate for internal and external audits9. Responsible for standardizing the policy, processes (SOPs)10. Team Skill Mapping and Gap AnalysisAdd On Responsibilities:1. Responsible for Admin related tasks for regional and fleet offices2. Housekeeping - Ensuring that good housekeeping practice is followed regularly in offices.3. Maintenances- Ensuring all the maintenance work is completed as per scheduling \xe2\x88\xa7 supervising Maintenance work.4. Coordinating with the Vendors for AMCs of UPS, AC and other office assets and ad hoc jobs related to plumbing, electrical, civil etc.5. Procurement of Office Assets \xe2\x88\xa7 supplies like office furniture, housekeeping and pantry material, stationery etc.6. Handling staff complaints \xe2\x88\xa7 resolving the issues effectively \xe2\x88\xa7 efficiently.7. Petty cash settlement of all the expenditure made by business spoc.8. Coordination with business spoc for Festival/ Annual Day celebrations and9. settlement of expenses.Knowledge and Skills Requirements:1.
