EMEA Securities Settlements are responsible for the timely settlement and reconciliation of securities trades and related monies for CS entities based in the EMEA. The team is based across Mumbai, Poland, and London. The role is to validate CSDR penalties and challenge the appeals for EMEA Securities Settlements along with validation, payment processing, MI reporting and identifying items to be worked in cognizance of fixing issues from root to avoid future fines Key deliverables will include Effectively manage the operational risk profile in accordance with the acceptable risk appetite Ensure that the day-to-day operational business operates in line with agreed SLAs Ensure compliance with relevant regulations Ensures internal and external expectations are met with respect to the role of the function Actively engage with teams, partners, and desks across regions Collaborate effectively with business partners and other corporate functions Seek to promote a diverse workforce. Your future colleagues Group Operations carries out high-quality and efficient banking services to clients across the Business divisions ensuring an excellent execution of millions of transactions daily. We operate globally in four regions - \'Switzerland\', \'APAC\', \'Americas\' and \'UK Entities, Wroclaw & Dublin\'. The dept has approx. 500 full time equivalents and is within the Global Group Operations.
