FunctionProcurementPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Team Manager-SC you will be part of the Procurement and will report to the PPM- Supply Chain Operations The purpose of your role is to administer daily production by 100 % OTIF by co-ordinating with Internal & External depts. Die/Mould planning, capitalisation & write off based on Production requirement complying with established policies & procedures.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Market Demand Fulfilment- Review & complying Schedule released as per SOB & Production plan- Achieving \xe2\x80\x9cNil\xe2\x80\x9d Waiting for material loss by meeting parts requirement as per Monthly, weekly & daily production plan- Contingency Planning of parts from Alternate supplier in case of IR disruption Quality Upgradation/Management- Ensuring Parts Traceability process adherence on daily, weekly & monthly basis-Adherence to Monthly 4M restoration activities at SCP\'s with SQA Team- Identify Shining Projects for process improvement, quality & Cost initiatives - Deployment of TPM-SCM pillar activities as per plan Process improvement & Cost efficiency-Ensuring Parts Inventory Norms & ensure adherence to Norms & improving ITR- Review & continuous improvement in e-material Flow Parameters (Schedule adherence & Window time adherence) -Digitization Projects identification & implementation- Timely closures of internal/external process audit compliances People development -Competency development of team for career progression & succession planning by multiskilling & trainingA Day in the lifeFrequent changes in Model-mix production plan & Fluctuation in demandIR issue at SupplierPart quality Issue on production lineAcademic Qualification & Experience
