Job Description


:AccountabilitySupporting Actions

  • Learning & Development
  • Plan and implement Learning & Development initiatives in the Unit for meeting the functional, behavioural, and operational needs of the Unit in consultation with Unit Apex team GLEAM Model & CSOD implementation.
  • Support & guide Managers in identifying learning needs for their team members MDP/ IDP/TNI/ Skill Matrix (Behaviour, Functional, Safety & Systems).
  • Collaborate with FHs and DHs to validate the identified training needs and finalize the Annual/ monthly training calendar and ensure its 100% implementation.
  • Drive E-Learning campaigns at the Unit and ensure 100% unique learners coverage. Track and publish the top learners. Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Assist employees in creating MDPs, audit the 70-20-10 Model implementation and ensure its 100% completion.
  • Analyze the training program outcomes and implement action plan feedback, effectiveness, ROI, other assessments, implementing GLEAM model.
  • Manage the allocated training budget with optimum utilization.
  • Support the training of Trainees/Apprentice.
  • Talent Management
  • Support the Talent Management process of the Unit- Eligible employee identification, potential assessment, talent profiling for conducting Talent councils.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews of both internal leadership and external coach and identify employee specific development needs and ensure implementation of their MDP planned.
  • OD / OE:
  • Support in implementing all the planned OD/OE initiatives at the Unit EVP, AWOO, Wellness, Project Ignite, WASH Pledge, AMLT, quality of life improvements, and organizational effectiveness interventions.
  • Drive the implementation of holistic Employee Wellness initiatives to improve physical, mental, financial and social wellness of the employees, for ensuring higher employee connect and driven productivity.
  • Support conducting Employee Engagement surveys VIBES, Voice of CFI and other Unit specific surveys and also implement the action plans.
  • Facilitate and support the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at the Unit to enable a welcoming environment for people of genders, races, cultures, ages, and different abilities.
  • Adhere to the CFI HR strategy and Unit strategic initiatives Think Tank, On-boarding, learning, First 10 Best 10, POSH, PHRO etc.
  • Safety/ IMS/Systems
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation for complying with various IMS/ regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
  • Implement the consequence management framework, ensure adherence to safety under intense focus and build safety as a non-negotiable culture pillar.
  • People Development
  • Ensure the development, guidance, and motivation of team-members to ensure superior performance and their engagement.
