Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

? Ensure reliability and availability of all rotary equipment.

? Responsible for carrying out overhauling for critical rotating equipment like compressor

(Centrifugal, axial, screw, reciprocating), turbines, pumps during shutdown/turnarounds.

? Troubleshooting of rotating equipment.

? Investigate bad actors/poor performance of above plants and prepare reliability improvement plan for address the issues.

? Technical support and Technical direction to plant for maintenance of equipment.

? Online and offline vibration monitoring of rotary equipment.

? Online and offline condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

? Carry out root cause analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment failures and give recommendation to prevent re-occurrence.

? Well conversant with reliability improvement technique like FMEA, RCA, IPF and Fish bone

diagram.

? Reliability based maintenance (RCM) of rotating equipment.

? Improve for spare part inventory review and recommendation.

? Review of standard maintenance procedures for rotary equipment.

? Review of PM/PDM philosophy based on failure data.

? Build and maintain good communication with internal and external party.

Skills required:

Expert in Reliability, Rotary, Planning functions & Turnaround Management.

Deft at major overhaul of turbo machinery. Expertise at quantification, optimization and management, availability, and operational readiness engineering. Gained expertise at performing reliability studies and implementing RCM.

Strong in improving the operation performance by implementing the Best Practices in maintenance

Strong ability to isolate problems, analyze data and drive business strategies, decisions, and solutions with a track record as a change agent and transformative force in organizational and operational improvements.

Experience :

Min 11-16 years of Cross- cultural experience in Planning, Reliability, Maintenance, Selection, Condition Monitoring, Project Management, Commissioning, Team Management and troubleshooting.

Industry Preferred:

Oil and Petrochemical

Work stability (min 2 years per company)
