JOB PROFILE - Preferably Female candidate only.
Having hands on experience in HR/ER /IR/Legal/CSR. Good Communication & command on English, Marathi & Hindi, Having ability to handle the villagers issue peacefully. Maintain harmonious relationship between the villagers, local administration, and gram panchayat & government agency. Execute HR policies and programs to improve HR performance and employee productivity in the plant. Implement recruitment processes in the plant, organizing and coordinating selection and induction of employees as per business requirements.
Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):
Recruitment and Selection- Manpower Budgeting, Monitoring and Controlling of Head Counts. Deployment of human resources- Security Deployment, Contractor labour deployment.
Learning and development - Executing Learning and Development initiatives and activities for all roles in the organization.
Implementation of IDPs -To facilitate goal setting process for all Management/ staff cadre employees, Self & Manager Evaluation's process etc.
Industrial Relations ? Handling disciplinary, legal matters, Employee grievances and resolution. To maintain harmonious relationship with Locals, Local Leaders and Maintain Industrial Peace in and surrounding area of plant.
Coordination with Govt. Authority ?Collector, SDO, Tahsildar, DISH, Grampanchayat, Labour office, Police Department, nearby villagers for smooth functioning of plant operations.
Statutory compliance- All the statutory returns and regular Audits related to PF ESIC Factories Act, Employment Exchange, Annual returns.
Employees engagement Programs- Employee?s Welfare program, Social & Cultural Activities.
CSR Activities ? Planning, integrating & executing CSR activities in line with the ABG guideline and ACW programs, CSR reports, MIS & presentation. Time office functions - KRONOS.
Ensuring Man, Machine and Overall Safety and Security at Site and complete control over Security System.
Qualifications:
MBA,Master Of Personnel Management,Master Of Social Work Minimum Experience Level: 5-8 Years
