We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. The Secretary will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Secretary.
