Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Communication, scheduling, Response to emails, take calls, manage bookings.
• Calendar management, appointments organization.
• Help in house hunting with www.batchleads.com and www.revaluate.com
• Cold Calls and emails in search of potential home sellers, follow up, monthly mails.
• Calls and emails campaigns with realtors, in the possibility to buy houses pre-market.
• Maintain online campaigns run by Vardaam, and response to the campaigns.
• General accounting, keeping daily ledger.
• Purchasing material, keep daily balance ledger on purchasing and all spending.
• Administrative, research and meetings...

Preferred Qualifications / Desired Profile:

• Clear communication: All communications are in English only.
• Some online advertisement experience, content management etc.
• Education: Bachelors +
• Hours of work: IST approximately 5pm to 12.30 am, Mon-Friday, Sat half day.
• Work location: Working from home.
• Salary : Starting at 4 Lkh Rupee/ Year + Commission. = 6-7 Lkh
• Employee Location : Ahmedabad or Baroda.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?33,000.00 per month
