We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). The successful candidate will ensure the smooth management of the CMD's day-to-day affairs and the most effective use of his time.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage the CMD's schedule, appointments, and meetings to optimize his time.
- Handle all correspondence, including emails and letters, on behalf of the CMD.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CMD.

2. Secretarial Duties:

- Take dictation and minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD.
- Screen and direct phone calls, and manage inquiries and requests promptly.

3. Travel and Accommodation:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel expense reports and handle reimbursements efficiently.

4. Event Planning:

- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and business functions attended or hosted by the CMD.
- Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place and run smoothly.

5. Personal Assistance:

- Provide personal assistance to the CMD as needed, including handling personal errands and tasks.
- Maintain the CMD's personal calendar and appointments.

6. Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure all communications and documents are managed discreetly.

7. Office Management:

- Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a secretary or personal assistant to senior management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Secretary Course from top institution.
Previous experience supporting a C-level executive.
Familiarity with travel and event coordination.

Location Preference:

Preferably based in Baner.
