Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain and coordinate the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director, responding when appropriate and ensuring that important matters are brought to their attention promptly.
• Draft and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the Director, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes; attend and record minutes as needed.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the Director, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including filing systems, office supplies, and record-keeping.
• Disseminate information and announcements to staff as directed by the Director.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Greet and assist visitors to the Director's office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Provide additional administrative support and assistance to other departments and executives as needed
Qualification
• Post Graduation/ Graduation + 3-4 years of experience
• Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
