About Client:A leading Manufacturing conglomerateRoles & Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Manage and organize MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as assignedScreen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.Facilitate communication with other stakeholders, including customers, Senior Management and Board members.Office ManagementOversee and ensure necessary upkeep of MDs office.Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.Team ManagementEnsure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Events CoordinationCoordinate for executing special projects and events, including meetings and conferences for MD Confidentiality and ComplianceHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.Educational QualificationBachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred
