Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as assigned
Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.
Facilitate communication with other stakeholders, including customers, Senior Management and Board members.
Office Management
Oversee and ensure necessary upkeep of MDs office.
Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.
Team Management
Ensure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Events Coordination
Coordinate for executing special projects and events, including meetings and conferences for MD Confidentiality and Compliance
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred
