Job Description

Add-Ins Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary School Teacher for in-person classes in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a passion for helping students succeed. This role requires proficiency in English and experience teaching secondary school students under the CBSE or Cambridge curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach secondary school subjects in alignment with CBSE or Cambridge board standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding of the subject.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that motivates students.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and address individual learning needs.
• Maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching secondary school students (CBSE or Cambridge board).
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Ability to develop and adapt teaching materials for different learning levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to various teaching environments.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
