Job Description

Duties:-

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in biology, chemistry, physics, and/or other science subjects.
• Use a variety of teaching methods (lectures, demonstrations, experiments, group work) to explain complex scientific concepts.
• Encourage scientific inquiry and critical thinking through real-world applications of science.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and educational goals.
• Create activities and experiments to support and enhance student understanding of scientific principles.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess student progress through regular tests, quizzes, assignments, and hands-on activities.
• Provide timely feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
• Track and report grades and progress to parents and school administration.
• Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment that fosters student learning and respect.
• Enforce classroom rules, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe space for hands-on activities and experiments.
• Promote student engagement and active participation in lessons and experiments.
• Organize and supervise laboratory experiments and activities, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
• Teach students laboratory skills, including the use of equipment and materials, and proper safety precautions.

Requirements:- Masters Degree In Science Education with B.ED .

• Teaching certification or licensure (if required by the region).
• Proven experience teaching science at the appropriate grade level.
• Strong knowledge of scientific principles and laboratory procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Experience with educational technology and science software.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
