Job Title: Secondary Teacher

Location: Plot no. 664, TNGO colony, Phase 1, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and experienced Secondary Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will excel in delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering intellectual curiosity, and preparing students for academic success and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons in alignment with the school curriculum and standards.
• Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning among students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or the subject area being taught (required).
• Teaching certification or license (preferred).
• Proven experience as a secondary teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the subject and ability to teach students in grades [Insert relevant grades].
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
