As Secondary Market Research Consultant you will be part of IQVIAxe2x80x99s global 82000 employees strong technology team based in Bangalore/ Gurugram/ Pune which helps life sciences companies to accelerate innovation to make greater impact on human health. Our transformative technologies harness intelligence, integrate industry leading data and analytics.Role Purpose:Deliver and manage research requests, including market assessment, competitive analysis, digital health, due diligence, company profiling, product profiling, industry analysis, and commercial excellence. The role involves integrated desk research, quantitative analysis using IQVIA data assets, and storyboarding. Assignments range from basic analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. The role requires contributing to client satisfaction objectives

• Operational Responsibilities

• Contribute to various client projects, including market research, portfolio analysis, and consulting.

• Undertake market analysis, including market characteristics (market size and growth, epidemiology, prescriptions, days of therapy, patient types, market share, number of competitors, market trends, reimbursement, macroenvironment etc.); competitor characteristics (product characteristics, competitor marketing strategies, pipeline analysis); disease landscape (treatment algorithm, diagnostic guidelines, patient journey, disease burden, unmet needs etc.)
• Focus on thorough data collection, analysis, information synthesis, design & development of information / data synthesis.

• Source information based on specific client requirements through secondary research and IQVIA data sources.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative data and present the analysis in a structured manner; providing value-added insights to clients.

• Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel outputs with underlying analysis, key insights, and viewpoints.
• Participate in or support leads in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
• Deliver client-ready output with minimal supervision; identify risks/issues and escalate to project leads in a timely manner.
• Maintain high attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Project Management

• Execute projects end-to-end, prioritize workflow, oversee the quality of deliverables, manage internal project timelines, and promptly flag any risks.
• Build strong client/stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Other Responsibilities

• Support business development (proposal creation etc.), knowledge management, quality, and process improvement.

Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelors or Master in Life Science (including Pharma) or MBA from a premier institute.
• 3-5 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry.
• Understanding of life sciences data and therapy areas.
• Well-versed with various disease areas, Europe pharma market.
• Key skills include market assessment, competitive analysis, industry analysis.
