Toolbox Studio is a media organization in India, specialized in Visual Effects & , , Motion Graphics and . We are designed to provide solutions to a range of industries that include Film, Broadcast, Online, Digital and spectrum of corporate sectors such as IT, Education, Hospitality, Automobile and Lifestyle. :

• Responsible for smooth functioning of Information Technology (IT) department
• Server Management
• IT Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of systems, servers & accessories
• Procurement: Coordinate with admin team & vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases
• Manages departmental budget and tracks spending on equipment and staff
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware
• Coordination for Admin-IT work (CCTV, EPBX)
• IT/ Technology optimisation: Ensures all users benefit from effective technology and efficient Internet access, and continually assesses needs and requirements
• Internal client/ employee communication
• Any other IT duties as and when assigned

Specific Skill Set :

• Strong working knowledge of windows Server 2012, 2008, Workstations Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7
• Should have hands on working experience of network firewall and L3 Switches
• Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills
• Well versed with all tools of MS Office
• Hands on experience with Linux and in working in a MAC environment would be an added advantage

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 5 - 8 years

Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for right person

Location(s) of Job: Pune

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience and IT Certifications

No of rounds of Interviews: 3 (F2F)

Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (be ready to work in shifts if required)

Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

Any other skill set:

• Should be ready to work in 24*7 environment
• Should demonstrate a positive attitude
• Efficiently organised, with the ability to maintain detailed records
