Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Jaipur with flexibility for some remote work. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting Keyword Research, SEO Audits, Link Building, Web Analytics, and On-Page SEO. The SEO Specialist will also be responsible for improving the overall ranking of the company\'s website and optimizing site structure, content, and URL. Responsibilities - Implement the best practices for on-page and technical SEO elements for our website - Single handedly deliver content strategy - for both Primary and Secondary pages - Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance - Complete on-page & internal linking - Build the vernacular & video strategy for scaling SEO - Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords - Conceptualize and run SEO experiments to continually improve SEO performance - Keep abreast of industry trends, contemporary practices in SEO, and Google algorithm updates - Plan advance link building campaigns from high-authority websites to improve the SEO profile - Maintain SEO dashboards & perform all key analyses required for SEO reporting - Perform keyword analysis using Google\'s Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, etc Preferred Requirements/Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands on SEO experience with proven track record in technical SEO, content building strategy, internal link building, backlink management, etc - Fully knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO & SEM - Have good knowledge on SEO analytics & dashboards as well as regular reporting to top management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in reporting, handy with spreadsheets - Strong leadership & and organizational skills - Knowledge of ASO an added advantage
