Skills : SEO best practices and techniques, Content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), Excellent communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities :- Monitor and maintain our website, site traffic, and performance and recommend changes in the site\'s technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive and stable.- Update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and update website content.- Monitor site-wide daily performance metrics and uses SEO tools and techniques to optimize site traffic, improve user experience, and increase conversions.- Implement SEO strategies to improve our website\'s visibility on search engines.- Conducts keyword research, search behavior analyses, technical audits, and content gap analyses.- Utilizes website analytics and a variety of SEO tools to create reports, audits and dashboards to identify areas for optimization.- Additional responsibilities as assigned.Education and/or Experience :- 4+ years of experience as a Webmaster or similar role- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)- Knowledge of web design principles- Familiarity with online marketing strategiesAdditional Skills :- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;- Must be meticulous with attention to detail;- Must have excellent critical thinking ability;- Must be able to work under stressful conditions and work efficiently and effectively under those conditions;- Must be able to respond quickly to a variety of situations;- Must possess astounding learning skills to keep up with changing technology;- Must be able to function in a team environment and work well with others;- Must have excellent time management skills to meet product deadlines;- Must be able to effectively communicate with others; (ref:updazz.com)
