We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization, proven experience in improving organic search rankings, and a passion for driving digital growth. You will play a key role in implementing effective strategies that enhance website visibility, attract targeted audiences, and increase overall ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website performance and rankings.
Optimize website architecture, content, and technical elements to ensure search engine friendliness.
Perform regular website audits and resolve technical SEO issues.
Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content in collaboration with content writers and marketing teams.
Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority while adhering to ethical SEO practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with web developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO is integrated into all web projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization techniques.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO principles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
