As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing our clients\' websites for maximum visibility and online presence. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective SEO strategies: Collaborate with the SEO team to create and implement SEO campaigns that align with clients\' objectives and target audience. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify opportunities and recommend improvements. On-page and off-page optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve organic rankings. Plan and execute link building strategies, including outreach, guest blogging, content distribution, and social media promotion. Technical SEO analysis: Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine visibility, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content. Monitor website performance, speed, and mobile-friendliness, and implement necessary optimizations. Content optimization and creation: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation, including keyword optimization, readability, and user intent. Develop and optimize landing pages, blog posts, and other web content for improved organic visibility. Monitor and report on SEO performance: Track and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and other relevant SEO metrics using various tools. Prepare comprehensive reports on SEO performance, trends, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO industry developments, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices. Continuously research and implement new strategies to improve search engine rankings and overall SEO performance. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
