Position: SEM Specialist Roles and Responsibilities: Setup, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, DV360 and any other paid advertising platforms that can generate a positive ROI for the business. Expertise in Google Analytics & Data Studio to do data analysis and able to report insights on what is working and identify areas of opportunity. Effectively scale Google Ad spend, whilst maintaining a positive ROI Create strategy across channels, outlining opportunities for Search, Display, YouTube and Programmatic. Bettering traffic to leads% by testing different types of landing pages & content. Technical knowledge of tracking and tags/pixels. Experience in using Google Tag Manager Utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (eg. split-testing) to maximize performance. Writing / Reviewing Ad copies, Creatives, Landing pages basis extensive keyword research. Regular monitoring of page speed insights and get the technical issues fixed with IT. Continuously develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility. Regularly monitor auction insights, remove negative search queries which are irrelevant for campaign performance. Liaison with Sales to understand requirements and coordinate on to understand how to better quality of leads and manage lead flow. Needs to co-ordinate with the Paid agency daily and suggest changes and additions to the existing campaign, and brainstorm with the agency on new platforms and ad units that can be experimented. The main focus needs to be to optimize all paid campaigns - reducing CPLs and CPA, increase lead contact ability and validity, and optimizing the business funnel from lead to end conversion. Enhance Customer Experience on Digital by evaluating the customer\'s behavior on our online channels/assets through analytics and cookie tracking, and help design easy customer journey online. Skills & Experience: 1. 4+ years\' of proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns on Google & Facebook Using marketing tech platforms like MOZ, SEM Rush, along with the use of analytics tools like GA is mandatory Experience in Affiliate Marketing & Native Advertising will be a plus Analytical mindset and critical thinking. Exceptional time management, attention to detail and prioritization skills. An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube will be an added advantage. Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred. Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing
