Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with our SEO and marketing teams to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.
• Manage campaign budgets, staying within budget while estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve paid search campaign performance.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion for paid campaigns.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and links.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align overall digital strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, or similar).
• Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, or WebTrends.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate detailed SEM performance reports.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and industry best practices.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
