Carrier Negotiations: Build & maintain strong relationship with Carriers, Co-loaders and negotiate competitive rates for Ocean Export & Import.
Quote management: Ensuring timely submission of rates to sales teams in the south region with accurate validity per market conditions.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with overseas agents, local agents, CHA,Transporter as necessary in procurement.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and operation teams to increase maximum
conversions of business.
Customer Engagement: Jointly work with sales team for larger business needs and
interact with customers for their requirements to be complied with.
Market Analysis: Analyze global ocean freight market trend, competition and custom needs to identify opportunities for rate adjustments and competitiveness.
Compliance: Ensure that all pricing activities comply with Company policies, legal
requirements, and Industry standards.Skills: Good communication skill, English spoken/written & local language. Good team player with a positive approach.
