Functional Focus Leading software development process and technology transformation initiatives Handling stakeholders, managing change, communication Assisting in pre sales activities for new project opportunities in a consulting services environment Analyzing and assessing SDLC processes and identifying improvement areas basis Industry maturity standards such as ASPICE Process design (BPMN) with MS Visio or other tools Documentation quality review Documentation and information/data flow redesign Primary Skills Understanding of the software development lifecycle in the automotive context Automotive system knowledge (Vehicle EE architectures, ECUs, Sensors, Software) Awareness of processes in disciplines such as: Systems engineering Software development in an agile/DevOps environment Verification and validation, Release management Configuration management Compatibility management Secondary Skills Working knowledge of ASPICE process maturity standards, Functional safety ISO 26262, 21448 and cybersecurity ISO 21434, Experience in process assessment and benchmarking against A-SPICE Experience in management of PMT requirements of a transformation project in embedded software and interaction with the implementation teams Certified scrum master,SAFe Agilist, SAFe SPC Experience/functional knowledge in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, Clear Case, ALM tools chain etc) Strong analytical skills combined with a comprehensive understanding of processes as well as moderation and communication skills Highly motivated to conduct analytical work Collaborative working and flexibility to work across different teams
