We want you to be part of it!Responsibilities:What Were Looking For:We're on the hunt for smart, self-driven, and energetic young professionals to join our AI Services Inside Sales team at Prodapt's Chennai HQ. Your mission? Bring our awesome AI solutions to market and build a killer sales pipeline for targeted regions and industries.Why You\'ll Love This Role:This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with tons of learning and growth opportunities. Here's what youll be doing:

  • Team up with the inside sales manager to master our service offerings, market segments, and unique messaging.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Dive into research on accounts and key personas using the web, LinkedIn, and data aggregators.
  • Deliver compelling solution pitches and demos that wow our prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and find creative ways to get your foot in the door.
  • Understand prospects needs, buying processes, and personas to qualify leads effectively.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) via calls, emails, and social media.

Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales or Sales Development representative. Other profiles can be considered too, but prior relevant experience will be beneficial
  • Strong communication and documentation skills; clarity and structure in communication is important
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven professionals have a higher chance of succeeding in this inside sales team
  • Ability and willingness to learn about our solutions, our target industries, our competitive positioning in depth
  • Rigor in following sales development processes that have been laid down - outbound execution playbooks, qualification criteria, reporting structure
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives
