Job Purpose:

SDET is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and platforms are of highest quality before they are released to the end user.



Roles & Responsibilities:

Work closely with Business and Developers to participate in requirement gathering and understand business objectives for new feature and system changes.



Design and develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality.



Execute automated test cases using automation scripts.



Identify, document and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner.



Analyse test results, recommend solution and track bug fixes to closure.



Participate in coding reviews and provide feedback from testing perspective.



Be the first line of defence when it comes to bug reporting.



Technical Skills



Candidate should have 3-5 years of test automation or development experience.



Ability to write test suite, test cases, execute test cases, track defect cycle.



Strong programming skill in Python and knowledge of OOP.



Solid experience in both UI and API Automation Framework (Selenium WebDriver, Pytest, Request Module, Rest API, Flask/Django), SQL.



Candidate should have experience in Agile, CICD, ELK Stack.



Experience in Jira, GIT/Bitbucket.



Excellent communication skills.



Experience in the payment domain is a plus.



Educational Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)



Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)



Experience:

2-5 years.
