Job Summary Responsible for validating product quality by analyzing and testing the quality of the codebase. Makes decisions affecting architecture of the test codebase including which software to use for writing test code. Focuses on writing code that will be executed in an automated and repeatable fashion which will reduce manual testing efforts and increase code quality and consistency. Develops and maintains code that validates front-end, middleware and database systems, using the latest tools and common programming languages. Provides input into various software development lifecycle stages. Partners with software engineers to write efficient automation code using coding standards and best practices. Executes automated code and creates comprehensive execution reports for team. Repairs complex broken automation scripts and performs peer reviews of automation codebase. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.

• As a team of Testing specialists, we are responsible for Quality Assurance of a complex, multi-tier software solution, in a fast-paced international environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be analyzing requirements for validity and feasibility.

• You will be executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing).

• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.

• Provide solutions to problems, document improvements and impediments.

• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.

• You will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing support and documentation.

Employees at all levels are expected to:

You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Testing.

• Experience in Test Case design and execution and defect reporting and tracking.

• Experience in both Front-End and Back-End testing and validation. \xe2\x80\xa2 You are self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills.

• You are a critical thinker and poses problem-solving skills and attitude.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and principles.

. Confident in dealing with complex, multi-tier software solutions.

• You are a team player, inspired to work in a multi-cultural environment.

• Tools like Jira and Confluence are already well known to you.

• Good English skills are a matter of course for you and working in an international environment inspires you.

• ISTQB Certification and Test Automation experience is a plus.
