Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Laravel framework.
• Lead the entire software development lifecycle from planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, review their code, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, improve code quality, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development, particularly within the Laravel ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in production environments.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
