The opportunityEY GDS is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. As part of this rapidly growing business segment, you will play a critical role in developing solutions, implementations, and performance improvement of Blue Yonder Planning modules (D&F/ESP). This role will help the individual to work collaboratively with the end user community, implementation partners, cross-functional teams and other IT resources to identify system deficiencies and opportunities for business process enhancements. • Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.
• Design new business processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, applying research and analysis skills as well as diagnosis skills.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment as well as demonstrate leadership and collaboration in a professional setting.
• Work alone or manage large, diverse teams as needed, either at the client or at EY GDS.
• Translate strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.
• Participate in diagnosing problems and planning and leading transformations.
• Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for the implementation of new business processes.
• Leverage EY GDS methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes.
• Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.

Supply Chain Planning Transformation Responsibilities

• Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across industries.
• Shape client\'s planning transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a \xe2\x80\x9cto-be\xe2\x80\x9d enterprise environment.
• Provide point-of-view on supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions, processes, and operating model by leveraging EY GDS implementation methodology.
• Help to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.
• Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Manage workstreams and/or work efforts at a client or within EY GDS.
• Serve as the planner/architect for a delivery initiative.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Very well versed in supply chain related knowledge, be able to understand common business problems, and translate business input to advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their planning objectives
• 13 to 17 years of hands-on end to end project implementation experience, as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required (5 to 6 successful Project Transformation experiences)
• Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY) supply chain planning solutions (D&F, ESP) as either a customer of BY or as a consultant implementing BY solutions for customers/clients preferred
• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
• Relevant consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, O9, Kinaxis, Logility, SAP, or leading ERP is an added advantage

Ideally, you\'ll also have

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
• Overall, 13+ years of experiences as SCM Expert delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and Planning domain
• Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines
