The Scrum Master role is a critical role to help facilitate and manage project execution in the Global Dispute Platform space. There is a desire to find a scrum master that can help elevate the team in agile practices and improve value delivery. What You\'ll Bring: At least 2-3 years of experience Responsible for removing impediments Responsible for managing teams to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline and scope Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management Communicate and update the stakeholders with the progress made each Sprint Coach outside groups affected by the project to help them understand how Scrum works and how their own work-groups may be affected. Provide servant leadership, and encourage accountability and keep track of timelines Ensure transparency, monitor the effectiveness of scrum team processes and performance. Collaborate with the team on changes and improvements Provide regular feedback to the team, and celebrate the team\'s successes and small wins Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and Sprint planning processes, as well as all other Scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and Sprint delivery Participate in roadmap planning Impact You\'ll Make: We\'d Love to See: An understanding of the general principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those principles.
