We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.Exp - 5 to 7 yrs

• Work with the product, design and engineering teams for driving projects. Identify and mitigate risks.
• Track internal and external deadlines.
• Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Manage communications to provide project clarity to team members and management.
• Facilitate and drive scrum meetings \xe2\x80\x93 Planning, Project tracking, Retrospectives, Weekly sync-ups etc.
• Create Release reports and other such reports
• Identify problem areas, partner in defining/modifying processes and new process implementation.

\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure in implementing the Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Analytics
etc) will be a plus

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in implementing other Leading COTS platforms like IBM or SFDC or Oracle Marketing
Cloud would be preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to delivering the Digital transformation projects using any Agile/Agile Scrum methodology

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within

diverse and cross-functional teams, ability to drive consensus.

• Experience with JIRA and confluence.
• 8+ years of overall technology experience, knowledge of software development methodologies, and

significant program management experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.

Mandatory Skill Set-SCRUM MASTER....\xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to delivering the Digital transformation projects using any Agile/Agile Scrum methodology is a must. MUST- CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications
