Phenom People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the agile development process for our OGD department. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.


What You'll Do

• Facilitate the agile development process for the OGD department, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
• Work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and maintained
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices
• Identify and remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals
• Monitor and report on team progress and velocity, and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to continuously improve agile processes and practices within the organization
• Act as a servant leader, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

What You've Done:

• 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Proven experience with Agile methodology
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Knowledge on APIs and Integrations
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
