We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate. will have strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), hands-on experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in tools such as Excel, and a commitment to fostering Agile best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant-leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment with SAFe principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog.
• Identify, document, and resolve impediments that block team progress.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, helping them become more self-organized and efficient.
• Track team metrics and progress, using tools and techniques like burndown charts and velocity reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring dependencies are managed effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on delivery progress.
• Leverage Excel and other reporting tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.
