Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will facilitate the Agile process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the Development Team: Assist the team in delivering high-quality software by removing impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting self-organization.
• Ensure Agile Practices: Guide the team in implementing Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and any issues.
• Monitor Progress: Track and report on key metrics to ensure project goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and other stakeholders on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective meetings and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to project success, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree. Scrum certification (Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Professional) is strongly preferred .
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile software development environment from a development background.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate teamwork and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience in People Management from a development background is desirable
