Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Scrum Master with a focus on Salesforce, RevOps, and Business Analysis experience, to join the Bangalore technology center in India. This role bridges technical and business requirements, driving Agile best practices and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.   • Salesforce & Technical Expertise: Provide Salesforce-specific guidance, including administration, customization, and architecture, with a strong emphasis on CPQ, CLM, Conga, Salesforce Flow, Apex, and the LWC framework. You should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Flow architecture, Apex development, and LWC to design scalable solutions, ideally with experience leading Salesforce integration projects and hands-on CPQ/CLM implementations.
  • Agile Leadership: Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce development teams, guiding them in Agile practices, removing impediments, and aligning team goals with Sprint and Program Increment (PI) objectives.
  • Business Analysis & RevOps Alignment: Leverage strong business analysis skills to work with RevOps teams, understanding and mapping key business processes and translating them into technical requirements. Engage closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet RevOps and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder and Product Owner Management: Partner with business stakeholders and RevOps leaders to capture and prioritize requirements, ensuring that features and timelines align with business strategy. Facilitate onboarding and training for new Product Owners, integrating them into Agile processes effectively.
  • Capacity Planning & Backlog Management: Conduct capacity planning and organize work into prioritized backlogs. Lead backlog refinement sessions to align project goals, capacity, and timelines with stakeholder needs.
  • Project Facilitation: Oversee daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep projects on track, while continuously improving team efficiency.
  • Acceptance Criteria & Documentation: Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to write clear, actionable acceptance criteria, ensuring business requirements are accurately documented and met in development cycles.
We expect you to have :
  • Minimum 6+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager with strong business analysis experience in an enterprise setting.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, with expertise in CPQ, CLM, Conga, and a deep understanding of Salesforce Flow architecture, Apex, and the LWC framework, including leading Salesforce integration projects.
  • Solid background in RevOps or business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and CRM requirements.
  • Experience onboarding Product Owners and aligning them with Agile and project team practices.
  • Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
  • Expert in JIRA and JIRA Plan for project tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and related CRM systems, with an ability to guide teams in using Salesforce features effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset for translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Education Qualification: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
It would be great if you:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required, with CPQ Specialist or Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
