These solutions will enhance productivity, minimize expenses, and update our technology infrastructure to continue providing the outstanding experiences our customers expect.The roles and responsibility have been described as follows:Job Summary:This role will be a key contributor/leader for the development scrum team which key capabilities for customer experience and enterprise functions. This role will help the scrum team integrate into the organization with other teams, facilitate communication between this team and other stakeholders from business and IT. This person will also ensure the team follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and help process improvement.:The Scrum Master III - OT/IoT has the following responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and backlog refinement meetings.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to align the team with the product vision and sprint goals.
• Remove impediments that obstruct the teams ability to achieve its goals.
• Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity.
• Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
• Track project performance and provide reports to stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate for this job will have courses/certifications/relevant work experience in some or all of the following
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a senior role, preferably within the OT/IOT Security sector.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Excellent leadership and team facilitation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure deployments
