Job Description
Location:- Pune/Chennai
Immediate joiners only will be considered
Perform Scrum Master functions, schedules and facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and daily scrum activities.
- Mentor teams on Agile techniques such as estimation, planning, story mapping.
- Enabling high performance at the team level.
- Applying System thinking to expose bottlenecks.
- Access and measure the maturity of an Agile team regularly.
- Coach and Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
- Evaluating and Advising Agile Frameworks.
- Suggesting ways of contracting with vendors and customers.
- Ensure the product team has capacity to execute within each sprint.
- Facilitating product teams in adopting Agile / Scrum methodology via training and coaching.
- Removed impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- work with the Scrum Team and the Product Owner to negotiate the minimum viable product for delivery.
