Expert on agile tools eg. Jira & Confluence. Expert on data metric / dashboard creation Stronge Knowledge of Scrum techniques as refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity Planning skills, servant leadership, confident, self-driven towards achieving goals Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills, across various level +4 years in role scrum master experince

Job Responsibility

Ensure the scrum team is free from impediments, conflicts or any other obstacles that can impact their delivery commitment Assist Vodafone architects with capturing the as is SWIFT product functionality for SWIFT processes across Vodafone markets Ensure functionalities are delivered with required quality following internal standard processes Ensure alignment and effective collaboration with all key stakeholders (both internal and external) Liaise with vendors (KIM and Sirionl abs) on resolving complex issues which are identified as valid product bugs. Provide work around to the technical teams on valid product bugs
