• 5+ years of hands-on experience as Scrum master.
Monitor and control deliverables against project plan
• Collaborate with BA team-Remove blockers
• Report status to Fusion OBP program,Platform leads and other stakeholders.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum ceremonies, meetings and decision making process
• Coaching the team with Agile values, principles and practices
• Manage JIRA -for our team deliverables.
• Follow-up with our team to ensure JIRA compliance
• Update and Maintain resource allocation file
• Produce status reports and dashboards.
Requirements :
• Strong ITPM Skills
• Experience in handling/managing ERP projects in Banking and finance industry.
• Strong Stake holder communication
• Strong Communication Skills
• Agile ways of working
• Certified Scrum Master-Desirable
• Knowledge on DevOps Tools and its implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?2,200,000.00 per year
