The SCRUM Master is expected to support individual teams, helping them to optimize their way of working and leading them to become a high performance team.As Agile SCRUM Master leading a dynamic team Product Envisioning & Product Business Value generation to end users Planning, Leading, organizing Agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality Delivery of Agile projects with high Business value Stakeholder Management & Communication ManagementMajor tasks as given below Act as a servant leader to enable the team to achieve the project goals Focus on the working methods, tools, and team performance Have passion for the process and methods Help to identify, escalate, and remove impediments Be the scrum process authority, ensuring that the values, principles, and practices are enacted and followed Organize and facilitate the agile meetings (planning, review, retrospective, ) Be an agent of change for the team and the organization Ensure the team is able to work effectively Support the team to be self-organizing and more productive Ensure a good working environment Facilitate the resolution of conflicts in the team Stakeholder management and Release management Moderate SPRINT ceremonies / workshopsExperience: 8+ Years overall experience Need SAP Scrum master Experinece Mandatory: past experience working as developer for software projects following Agile methodologies atleast 2+ years experience working on an agile team, as a Scrum Master for Software projects BE / B.TECH / ME / M.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication) SCRUM Master Certification is mandatory Expertise in Agile too chains - JIRA, Confluence, etc Project Communication Regular project reporting to all stakeholders Requirement Management along with SCRUM teamAdditional Information PMI-ACP would be added advantage Experience working on eCommerce (Web / Mobile) development projects Experience working on DevOps would be added advantage Qualifications B.E Additional Information 8 years experience
