Job Title: Scrum Master (1-2 Years Experience)

Location: DLF Cyber City, Infocity road, Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for an organized and motivated Scrum Master to support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and have experience working in a Scrum Master role for at least 1-2 years. You will play a crucial role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies : Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Coach and Mentor : Provide guidance to the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles, helping them achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Remove Impediments : Identify and work to eliminate blockers or obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owner : Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure backlog items are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Foster Collaboration : Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other teams.
• Track Team Progress : Use metrics and other tools to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Encourage Self-Organization : Empower the team to take ownership of their tasks, ensuring they are self-organizing and highly motivated.
• Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in retrospectives to identify areas for team and process improvement.
• Stakeholder Management : Provide transparency to stakeholders on the team's progress and any challenges.

Qualifications:

• Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Certifications : Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge : Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify challenges and work collaboratively to find solutions.
• Team Player : Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
