Role: Scrum Master (Automotive Embedded Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Leadership :
• Guide the team in Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to the framework.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to team progress and act as a servant leader.
• Collaboration and Coordination :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain alignment with organizational goals and deliverables.
• RTC Tool Expertise :
• Efficiently manage projects, tasks, and team collaboration using IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) .
• Track sprint progress, maintain work items, and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Automotive Embedded Systems Domain :
• Coordinate teams working on automotive embedded systems, ensuring domain-specific challenges are addressed.
• Manage tasks related to software development, testing, and deployment for embedded systems in the automotive sector.

Pre-requisites

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields).
• Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive embedded domain .
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Skills :

1. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies .

2. Expertise in using RTC (Rational Team Concert) for Agile project management.

3. Strong understanding of automotive embedded systems , including hardware-software integration.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Domain Knowledge:
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR , functional safety standards (ISO 26262) , and CAN communication protocols .
• Experience with embedded software development lifecycle .
• Tools:
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), requirement management tools, and testing frameworks for embedded systems.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ?2,300,000.00 per year
