:OverviewThis role will use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.You will thrive on cultivating an atmosphere for high-performing team dynamics, ongoing improvement and continuous flow by training, mentoring, and supporting teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.Ensuring all scrum based activities are completed in a timely manner, including defining and organising Scrum roles, sprint planning, daily scrum/ standups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

  • Strategic Focus
  • Manage each project\'s scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Operational Management
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members \'own\' the product and enjoy working on it.
People Leadership
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
Governance & Risk
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Experience & Personal Attributes
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • A minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks including scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
